Overview:
Maintenance Engineer required for a heavy engineering company in the Buxton area. This is a great opportunity for an electrically biased engineer to join a growing company who can offer fantastic training and overtime opportunities within a days-based position.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out electrical fault finding and repair work on a range of production equipment.
- Perform 85% preventative maintenance and 15% reactive maintenance.
- Installation work when required.
- Regular overtime available on Friday afternoons and Saturdays.
Requirements:
- Qualified electrician.
- Experience working in an industrial environment.
- Background working with control circuits, PLCs, variable speed drives, etc. (manufacturing and/or heavy industry experience is advantageous but not essential).
