The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

We are currently looking to appoint a Compliance Consultant to join a growing team of Health & Safety experts. The role is home based, with travel to the office on occasion and to meet with clients as required. You will manage your own diary, allowing for autonomy, but it is envisaged that you will be on site approximately 2-3 days per week, with the remainder of the time working from home.

About the role:

You will support the development of Property Compliance across the UK. This incorporates driving sustainable growth, statutory compliance and governance. You will work with a range of clients within both the public and private sector, including hospitals, universities, housing & retail. You will also assist in helping to develop clients. You will have the opportunity to work with other teams within the organisation, which will in turn develop you as an individual and help to build your own career.

Competencies:

  • Understands and applies commercial and financial principles. Views issues in terms of client service excellence, costs, profits, markets and added value.
  • Good strategic thinking abilities. Translates strategies into specific objectives and actions. Aligns personal resources and knowledge of processes and systems to support strategic priorities. Demonstrates a broad-based view of issues, events and activities and a perception of the longer-term impact and their wider implications.
  • Creates new and imaginative approaches to work related issues. Identifies fresh approaches and shows a willingness to question traditional assumptions.
  • Personal motivation – commits self to work hard towards goals. Shows enthusiasm and career commitment.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Property Compliance market with 3 years direct experience.
  • Ability to provide competent Safety advice to deliver surveys and consultancy services to Clients.
