Due to an exciting time of company growth, we are currently in search of a Recruitment Consultant to join our Investment & Finance team in London. The role will require you to individually network with mid to senior level investment and finance professionals with the aim of placing them with our green finance and renewable energy clients across Europe.
Responsibilities include:
- Sourcing mid to senior level candidates for clients, ensuring technical, cultural and work experience suitability.
- Developing strong business relationships across Europe with clients/hiring managers and C-suite decision makers, drawing on existing professional networks.
- Advising on clientsβ hiring strategy based on knowledge of the local recruitment market.
- Producing market reports, salary surveys, digital marketing campaigns and other industry specific data for clients in local language.
- Managing the placement process and recruitment process from start to finish (full 360 focus) for mid to senior level candidates.
- Attending conferences and industry events to keep abreast of the latest developments within both the recruitment marketplace and the renewable energy industry.
- Producing bids and tenders in order to win new business.
Experience required:
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in recruitment, ideally across the finance or investment space.
- Language skills relevant to the required geographical scope.
- A good understanding of the technical compliance requirements for hiring across target European countries.
- Experience in building and retaining a client portfolio and winning new business via bid and tender processes.
- Experience in producing digital marketing campaigns and industry specific data for clients.
- Articulate communicator.
- A confident and positive attitude.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
