For Companies An established private real estate investor is seeking a smart, reliable, and self-motivated Property Manager to support the management of a high-quality residential portfolio in London.
This is a part-time role (2 days a week) offering flexibility and autonomy. You’ll act as the key point of coordination for a small, well-run portfolio of residential properties. You’ll oversee operations and logistics, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
This role requires someone who’s organised, dependable, and solutions-oriented – a calm presence who can think on their feet and take initiative.
- Serve as the first point of contact for tenants – field inquiries, coordinate resolutions, and maintain a professional rapport
- Oversee ongoing maintenance, refurbishments, and utility management across multiple sites
- Liaise with contractors, agents, and service providers to ensure smooth day-to-day running
- Conduct occasional site visits – all properties are located within London
The candidate:
- Experience in residential property management
- Mature, professional, and composed under pressure
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- London-based and able to travel locally as needed
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working independently
