We are seeking experienced and passionate managers to join our teams. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality housing and support services to clients to help them sustain their tenancies and achieve their potential.

Target Housing is a charity and registered social landlord. Over the past 30 years, we have demonstrated that stable accommodation and support can transform lives. We work in a psychologically and trauma-informed way to empower people to achieve independence. We deliver the highest standards of housing and support to enable vulnerable people to live independently, fulfil their potential, and contribute to their communities and wider society.

Typical week:

As a Team Leader, you will assist the Service Manager in overseeing accommodation and support services for vulnerable clients. As a Service Manager, you will manage support workers supporting vulnerable adults and families. Working hours are generally 9 am to 5 pm with a 20-minute unpaid lunch break.

We offer:

  • Starting salary for Team Leader: £30,104, rising to £31,386 after 1 year, then to £32,317 with further service.
  • Starting salary for Service Manager: £33,961, rising to £37,595 after 1 year, then to £38,752 with further service.
  • 28 days annual leave plus 1 day per year up to 33 days, plus 8 bank holidays.
