Our client is a leading international law firm who are full service and are very strong in insurance, health and real estate. This firm represents an impressive client base of leading blue-chip and multi-national clients to include acting for all top ten global insurers. This firm have won a range of awards to include employer awards, awards for innovation and also delivery of legal services.

The Role
Working as part of this talented team the solicitor or senior paralegal will be responsible for;
- Management of a busy caseload of litigated vehicle hire and damage cases
- Act for a range of insurer clients and ensure exceptional client service
- Ensure that you comply with internal and external service level agreements
- Get involved with client marketing and business development initiatives
You will be!
- Qualified Solicitor or an experienced senior paralegal
- Previous litigation experience (any contentious practice area will be considered)
- It would be ideal if you have previous experience of handling motor claims (defence or pursuer)
- Strong communication skills and client management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload of files
- Keen and aptitude to learn
- Commercial awareness – able to understand the client fee structures and give highly commercial advice to clients
