The Role
Working as part of this talented team the solicitor or senior paralegal will be responsible for;
- Management of a busy caseload of litigated vehicle hire and damage cases
- Act for a range of insurer clients and ensure exceptional client service
- Ensure that you comply with internal and external service level agreements
- Get involved with client marketing and business development initiatives
You will be!
- Qualified Solicitor or an experienced senior paralegal
- Previous litigation experience (any contentious practice area will be considered)
- It would be ideal if you have previous experience of handling motor claims (defence or pursuer)
- Strong communication skills and client management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload of files
- Keen and aptitude to learn
- Commercial awareness – able to understand the client fee structures and give highly commercial advice to clients
