We are exclusively partnering with a leading UK cyber security company to expand their Offensive Security team. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced penetration tester to take charge of delivering cutting-edge penetration testing services while mentoring a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver high-quality security assessments (infrastructure or application).
  • Produce clear, actionable reports with recommendations for clients.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in cyber security.
  • Mentor and support junior consultants to foster growth and development.
  • Manage assessment projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project engagements.

Requirements:

  • Valid CTL certification is essential. This can be either a Cyber Scheme CSTL (Cyber Scheme Team Leader) or a CREST CCT (CREST Certified Tester) in Infrastructure or Application.
  • Minimum 2 years of dedicated CHECK penetration testing experience.
  • Deep technical understanding of offensive security concepts, methodologies, and tools.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Must hold or be eligible for UK security clearance (minimum 5 years of UK residency).

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications (CREST, Cyber Scheme, OSCP, RTO, Security+, Cyber Essentials).
  • Full UK driving license (for occasional client travel).
