We are exclusively partnering with a leading UK cyber security company to expand their Offensive Security team. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced penetration tester to take charge of delivering cutting-edge penetration testing services while mentoring a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver high-quality security assessments (infrastructure or application).
- Produce clear, actionable reports with recommendations for clients.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in cyber security.
- Mentor and support junior consultants to foster growth and development.
- Manage assessment projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project engagements.
Requirements:
- Valid CTL certification is essential. This can be either a Cyber Scheme CSTL (Cyber Scheme Team Leader) or a CREST CCT (CREST Certified Tester) in Infrastructure or Application.
- Minimum 2 years of dedicated CHECK penetration testing experience.
- Deep technical understanding of offensive security concepts, methodologies, and tools.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiences.
- Must hold or be eligible for UK security clearance (minimum 5 years of UK residency).
Desirable Qualifications:
- Additional certifications (CREST, Cyber Scheme, OSCP, RTO, Security+, Cyber Essentials).
- Full UK driving license (for occasional client travel).
