Fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a newly-established, independent small animal practice in Wallasey.

Fully-equipped with the latest technology including an ultrasound machine with cardiac capabilities, a fully integrated lab, DR x-ray, multiparameter monitors, a dental suite, cattery, isolation units and more.

Generous salary up to £50,000.

Our client is a newly established independent veterinary practice in Wallasey, Wirral, which opened its doors just 5 months ago. The practice has already become renowned for providing exceptional care to its community, colleagues, and patients.

Our client would like to expand from its current 1.5 Vet team to a thriving 4-vet practice within the next two years. You will be joining a team that values collaboration and camaraderie, with experienced staff, including 2 RVNs, 2 ACAs, and 2 Client Care Coordinators providing invaluable support.

The practice is equipped with cutting-edge facilities, including a state-of-the-art ultrasound machine with cardiac capabilities, a fully integrated lab, DR x-ray, multiparameter monitors, a dental suite, cattery, isolation units, and spacious workspaces. Plus, convenient parking is available.

They are looking for someone who values teamwork and possesses a positive attitude. Clear and polite communication skills are a must. If you have a thirst for knowledge and a desire to contribute to their practice culture, you are exactly the type of person they are looking for.

The Rota:

  • Full time or part time role (20 - 40 hour week)
  • Monday - Friday working week
  • 1:3 Saturday mornings
  • Opening hours: 9am - 6pm (working hours 8.30am - 6.30pm)
  • 20 minute consults with last consult is 5.40pm
  • No OOH
