The primary responsibility of this role is to effectively oversee and be responsible for the management of the end-to-end bordereaux validation, payment and mapping process for the business. This is a 3 month fixed term contract based in our clients London office.

- Be able to demonstrate in depth experience of delegated underwriting procedures and bordereaux management

Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the management of the end-to-end bordereaux process, effectively validating, reconciling and troubleshooting at all stages.
- Check for errors in the BDX, liaise with teams if there are errors to have this updated on the claims management system. Make changes manually to the BDX and then send out.
- Manage and file BDX in SharePoint site in the correct folders from a dedicated email.
- Manage and respond to all bordereaux related queries from clients or internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with key stakeholders and clients utilising all forms of communication including phone, email, online platform or in person.
