Our client, a busy Franchised Car Dealership in Southend, has the requirement for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their established workshop team. You will receive a dealership £2,500 welcome bonus. This bonus will be split into three payments:
- 1st payment - £1,000 after 30 days in post
- 2nd payment - £500 after 90 days in post
- 3rd payment - £1,000 after 6 months in post
Responsibilities:
- Carry out Servicing & Repairs to Manufacturer Standards
- Carry out MOT Tests to DVSA standards (if qualified)
- Cam belt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements
- Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics
- Carry out New Car PDI’s & Used Car MPC’s
- Warranty Repairs
Essential Requirements:
- Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements:
- Active MOT Tester Licence (Class 4 & 7)
- Hybrid/EV Qualifications
- Manufacturer Accreditations
Remuneration & Benefits:
Basic Salary of £32,000 to £40,000 DOE. Opportunity to earn £60,000+. Time save Bonus paid weekly. Great benefits package.
Working Hours:
Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm
Saturdays 1 in 4: 8am - 2pm
