We are looking for a Junior Digital Experience Consultant to join our growing team. This is a unique role that blends User Experience Research & Design with Digital Analytics, Strategy and Experimentation.
You will work alongside senior consultants, learning how to uncover user needs, conduct research, and drive digital optimisation strategies that deliver tangible results. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career while making a measurable difference. This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their career, with a passion for digital experiences, problem-solving, and working collaboratively with clients and teams. This is a remote first UK-based role but we require you to be able to access our London office when needed.
Your Role
- Support Research: Assist in scoping, planning, conducting, and managing user research activities (e.g., usability testing, interviews) to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunities to improve digital journeys.
- Analyse Data: Use analytics dashboards and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ContentSquare, Adobe Analytics) to gather data that informs research, identifies opportunities, and generates actionable ideas.
- Design Concepts: Translate ideas into low-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, ensuring proposed solutions align with user needs and business objectives.
- Create Optimisation Strategies: Use research insights, analytics data, and best practices to inform optimisation strategies that enhance user experiences and achieve client goals.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work in cross-functional teams to deliver results. You will lead client status calls, participate in Agile standups, and manage tasks using tools like Kanban boards.
- Present Insights to Clients: Help analyse and present findings to stakeholders, ensuring the voice of the customer is at the heart of decisions.
