My client is a family-owned civil engineering and groundworks contractor delivering high-quality services ranging from smaller schemes to large-scale projects. They provide expertise in all aspects of civil engineering, including roads and sewers, highways, groundworks, landscaping, excavation, surfacing, concrete, and traffic management.

Due to sustained growth, they are looking to recruit an Estimator to join their team. You'll play a crucial role in assessing project costs, ensuring competitive bids, and contributing to successful project delivery.

Duties will include:

  • Tendering for Framework contracts within both the Public and Private sectors.
  • Tendering for civil engineering works using contracts such as NEC 4.
  • Estimating costs by analyzing either the bill of quantities or detailed specifications and drawings.
  • Providing pricing for both re-measured and lump sum schemes.

Salary: The salary for this role is between £60,000 - £70,000 plus package.
