About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Fashion & Textiles Team. This role will see you working with licensees in the Fashion & Textiles sector across the supply chain. You will be handling all aspects of organic certification for our portfolio of Fashion & Textiles businesses - reviewing labels, inspection reports, making certification decisions and ensuring compliance with the standard. We are in daily contact with our licensees so you will need to be able to demonstrate technical understanding of the Global Organic Textile standard as well as be able to build and maintain relationships.
About You
To be successful in this role you will be educated to degree level or have equivalent experience in the fashion and textiles industry or quality management discipline. You will have a keen eye for detail, a confident approach to service delivery and the ability to provide solutions within tight deadlines. You will be an excellent relationship builder, highly organised and have an awareness of the commercial demands on fashion and textiles businesses. We are looking for you to demonstrate an ability to manage your own workload and to show excellent customer service skills on the phone and face to face. Excellent computer literacy, verbal and written communication skills are a must.
