PBS (Semco UK) are looking for a SMART Room Instrument Engineer to join our onshore team. This role reports Hierarchically to PBS GMOC ASSET Manager or delegated authority (Maintenance Manager). This position is embedded within TEPUK Field Ops or delegated authority (Smart Room Leader). Integrated into the smart room team, the instrument smart room engineer works in total collaboration with the Total team. The job holder is daily connected to the site in order to have total availability for the site team. A large responsiveness is expected in this position due to the expertise level.
Details/duties:
- The Instrument Smart Room Engineer oversees the own expertise activities in one of 3 main assets:
- WOS (West of Shetland): 70 kboe/d – 36 Offshore PoB (Core Crew Only)
- NNS (Alwyn, Dunbar and Gryphon): 35 kboe/d – 90 Offshore PoB (Core Crew Only)
- CNS (Alisa, Culzean and Elgin): 180 kboe/d – 94 Offshore PoB (Core Crew Only)
- General Maintenance
- Fabric Maintenance
- SMC (Specific Maintenance Contract) management
- Projects (EPC projects, mainly below £2M per project)
- Shutdown and opportunity work
Qualifications/Experience required:
- Professional Experience (years): 10 years
- Experience in similar position (years): 5 years
- Level / Diploma: Engineering instrument Diploma, Master and expertise level
- Languages: English
- Training / Certification: SAP user, SCQF level 8 is an asset
- Department: 455 GMOC Contract
