We're looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants who want to become true specialists within their tech vertical market and become the future leaders of the business in years to come.
The role:
We're looking for driven and highly motivated recruiters. You'll be tasked with growing out a specialist tech vertical within either machine learning or software engineering and in a specific region such as the UK, Germany, or North America. With deepening our expertise in specific technical verticals, it will enable us to better serve our customers and fuel their ambitious growth plans globally.
What will you be doing?
- This role will be focused on business development, sourcing hard-to-find candidates with specialist skills, and client management.
- Manage, develop and nurture new and existing accounts within the business.
- Immerse yourself in the wider community through social media engagements, content sharing, meetups, or similar.
- Advising clients on job descriptions, market information & recruitment processes to help them attract the best talent.
- Take part in internal discussions and help us shape Enigma moving forward.
Requirements:
- A strong work ethic and a hunger to succeed within a highly pressurised sales environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to pick up the phone.
- Natural relationship builder - You'll be building relationships with candidates and clients.
