Job Purpose:
Join us as an IT Business Development Manager to help lead our growth across SME and larger business portfolios. You will drive new client relationships, boost revenues, and champion our IT products and services. You will be the expert, support the sales team, and play a key role in our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly 'New Business' targets by acquiring new accounts and nurturing existing ones
- Identify and build relationships with clients through calls, networking, and referrals
- Meet activity-based KPIs and work with decision-makers to develop strategic relationships
- Deliver compelling presentations on all IT products and services
- Efficiently manage contract negotiations and close deals
- Stay informed on developments for accurate sales forecasting
- Evaluate market information, competitor activity, and client responses for strategic sales approaches
