Salary and Benefits

Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Major Job Functions
- Install, maintain, modify, and repair electrical distribution systems and associated equipment/lighting
- Inspect and test electrical components, including transformers, transfer switches, and switchgear
- Use blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer manuals to complete projects
- Survey electrical systems, circuits, and plans
- Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures, including termination of power/control/monitoring wiring

- Ability to work independently and on a team
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge
- Extensive knowledge and experience in electrical systems
Accountability
- Work on industrial and commercial projects in accordance with BS 7671 (18th Edition) wiring regulations, national electrical codes, and NICEIC requirements
Education and Experience
- CSCS Electrician grade/JIB card
- NVQ Level 3
- Test & inspection qualification (2394/2395 or 2391)
- Full UK driver’s license
- Experience with fire alarm installation
- Containment installation experience (ladder/tray/basket/galvanized conduit)
- Desirable: Confined space, PASMA, MEWPs/IPAF, First aid, ContEx, and SMSTS or SSSTS qualifications
