Job Description
Conducting plumbing repairs to our clients’ stock during the hours of 08.00-17.00 Monday to Friday, within the housing sector working with supported and vulnerable customers. Repairs will vary in scope of works, from small maintenance works i.e. replacement taps and fittings, to full bathroom re-fits, kitchen upgrades and leak detection works.
You will work via an electronic handheld PDA device, with a daily job sheet of works to be undertaken and must effectively communicate this back to the office and management team where appropriate.
Optional: Be available on a rota basis to cover out of hours (additional recompense).
Please note: This role is to cover the area of North Counties and a vehicle, fuel card and uniform will be provided.
Qualifications
- Have the ability and skills to multi trade with a core trade of plumbing essential, ideally with a qualification in Plumbing.
- Ensure that all works are carried out to a high standard, right first time and within the given time period.
