Your Mission
Command Logistics Excellence!
You’ll be at the core of making things happen, managing the flow of stock and event kits for activations in train stations, airports, shopping centres, and roaming teams across the UK.
Key Responsibilities – Including but not limited to:
- Inventory & Tracking: Use Excel and web-based tools to maintain and monitor stock (e.g., uniforms, iPads, kits).
- Logistics: Coordinate nationwide deliveries with handling partners. ensure timely dispatch and return of kits.
- Damage Control: Assess kits for damage, flag shortages, and ensure proper resourcing for events.
- Finance & Budgeting: Raise POs and invoices using company tools and track storage, delivery and handling costs against budget.
- On-Site Support: Be present on some occasions at the handling partner site in HP10, and some live events to assist field teams and ensure smooth operations.
- Problem Solving: Address urgent needs with quick decision-making, including during irregular hours.
- Research: Explore remote storage solutions for specific regions (e.g., London, Scotland).
