Job Overview: We are looking for three skilled Multi-Traders to join our team, specializing in reactive maintenance for housing associations and councils. The ideal candidates will have experience in both internal and external works, covering a range of trades including groundworks, fencing, mould washes, insulation, window sealing, plastering, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reactive Maintenance: Respond to maintenance requests efficiently across housing association and council properties.
- Internal & External Works: Carry out repairs and improvements, including plastering, insulation, window sealing, and mould washes.
- Groundworks & Fencing: Install and repair fencing, paving, and other external structures.
- General Repairs: Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and best practices on-site.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with tenants and housing representatives.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in multi-trade roles, preferably in social housing maintenance.
- Skills: Proficiency in plastering, insulation, window sealing, fencing, groundworks, and general repairs.
- Qualifications: Relevant trade certifications or time-served experience.
- Driving License + Van: Full UK driving license required.
- Tools & Equipment: Must have own tools for general maintenance tasks.
