This is a transformational leadership position. You will lead positive change in how Core Reckitt develops and markets new products and manages product changes. You will be the primary regulatory representative in the PLM program, ensuring regulatory requirements are integrated into product designs. Collaboration with stakeholders across product development, manufacturing, quality, and other functions is essential. You will be part of the core PLM team shaping the blueprint for Product Lifecycle Management and its implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Represent regulatory in the core PLM team, collaborating to define a holistic approach to Product Lifecycle Management.
- Engage with RAS Leadership Team to keep them informed and seek support for removing roadblocks.
- Map current ('As-is') and future ('To-be') regulatory processes, identifying significant changes.
- Manage interfaces between PLM and regulatory processes, ensuring data integrity, clear roles, and responsibilities.
- Document processes and standards (e.g., SoPs).
- Establish Data Quality Standards and metrics to measure improvements and business impact.
- Lead regulatory-focused initiatives within PLM, such as linking product data to registrations.
- Monitor internal and external change activities affecting regulatory compliance and incorporate these into PLM.
- Validate the PLM solution to reflect regulatory processes and manage change effectively.
Experience required:
- Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Practitioner knowledge of evaluating regulatory compliance in FMCG or pharma environments.
- Experience in leading teams and managing change projects.
- Strong communication skills across all levels and with external partners.
- Understanding of product lifecycle and FMCG regulations.
- Interpersonal skills suited to multicultural environments.
- Commercial awareness and knowledge of corporate conduct codes.
