The Role:
The FP&A Director will work closely with the CFO and deputise for them where required.
- Build an FP&A function which will provide the business with accurate and insightful information to aid decision making.
- Lead all aspects of the budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring performance and providing recommendations for corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain KPIs across the business to track financial and operational performance.
- Work with the CFO and wider leadership team to build and maintain long term financial strategies and plans, while collaborating with senior management to evaluate and prioritise strategic initiatives.
The Person:
We are looking for a talented finance leader keen to develop within a fast paced PE environment, getting into the detail as required but also understanding and working toward strategic growth.
- A qualified finance leader (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with broad experience leading a best in class FP&A function in a technology/ engineering type business with multiple business units.
- Exceptional commercial and analytical acumen and business insight with experience in modelling ROI and NPV.
- The credibility and communication skills to represent the CFO and finance with both internal and external senior stakeholders including the PE investors.
