Your role of Assistant Finance Analyst sits within our friendly and passionate Finance department.
Your Role:
- Support the Finance Analyst in producing and providing accurate reporting on Retail store sales, margins and operating costs.
- Responsibility for maintaining the daily cashflow of the business, ensuring sufficient funds are available to meet the business needs.
- Administration of capital expenditure on all projects.
- Business partnering with key stakeholders in the Creation and Marketing teams, reporting on key performance indicators and cost control to ensure the business grows profitably.
- Supporting in the monthly creation of the Management Accounts pack. Responsibility for key schedules to include but not exclusively Store Payroll, Store Costs, Net Margin and Overheads.
- Support in the preparation and creation of the weekly trade pack for review by the Operational Board in the weekly trade meeting.

- Part-qualified in ACA/ACCA/CIMA.
- Previous experience in a financial role, with a strong focus on data accuracy.

This is a full time role based at ‘The Barn’ - this is Joules’ purpose built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire.
