A global market-leading bio-pharmaceutical company is currently looking for a bilingual French or German speaking HR Associate to work within the HR Department based in Stockley Park. You will be the first point of contact for inquiries regarding the internal HR systems and act as a subject matter expert for the French or German market. This role is a 6 month fixed-term contract that will require you to work from the office in Stockley Park 3 days per week and 2 days from home.
Contract: 6 FTC with 6/01/2025 to 05/07/2025
Location: Uxbridge, London - hybrid 3 days on-site required (Tues-Thurs) 2 days WFH
Pay: up to £21 p/h - approx. £41k per year DoE
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm
Minimum 2 years experience in HR field required or appropriate HR qualification

- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Desirable experience with case management tools, notably ServiceNow
- At least two years of experience managing HR inquiries
- HR Qualification advantageous (not mandatory)
