What you'll be doing:
- Organisational Planning: Coordinate and organise team meetings, events, and activities to promote collaboration and engagement.
- Project Coordination: Manage key projects, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders are kept updated.
- Support People Team: Assist with day-to-day operations, helping prioritise tasks and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the People Team and wider organisation, ensuring effective communication.
- Workplace Culture Initiatives: Contribute to initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and people-first work environment.
- Employee Support: Provide assistance to employees, responding to queries and directing them to the appropriate resources.
- Training and Development Support: Assist with the coordination of training sessions and development opportunities for staff.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation related to HR processes and initiatives.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on key metrics, progress, and performance of ongoing projects.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements to enhance processes and systems within the People Team.
