Recruit4staff is proud to represent their client, a well-known recycling firm, in their search for Refuse Collectors to work at their Mold based facility. For the successful Refuse Collectors, our client is offering:

  • £12.85 per hour (OT available at x 1.5)
  • Monday - Saturday days (will work 4 days a week, flexibility required)
  • Overtime paid after 37 hours
  • Temporary ongoing position
  • Inductions taking place on 15th May 2025

The Role - Refuse Collector:

  • Attaching domestic waste bins onto lorries for collection
  • Separating recycling into the correct bins
  • Manual handling of waste bins to the side of the road
  • Walking periods involved
  • Some interaction with the general public

What our client is looking for in a Refuse Collector:

  • Recycling operatives seeking manual work
  • Ability to work weekends - ESSENTIAL
  • Driving license preferred due to site location
  • Ability to work safely
