- Location: Natwest Bank, Birmingham City Centre – Office-based training and graduate bay (7 weeks). Hybrid once training is complete. Great public transport links!
- Shifts: Full-time – 40 hours per week, hours between 07:00 and 01:00
- Training Duration: 3 weeks onsite, 4 weeks graduate bay onsite
- Probity Requirements: Credit, Criminal, Sanctions, and Fraud checks. Must evidence last 2 years employment and last 5 years address history
- Description of the Job: Provide proactive and reactive service to ensure customers meet their financial arrangements aligned with their goals.
- Key Responsibilities: At first contact, deliver outstanding customer service and help achieve organizational goals.
Educate customers on banking options, support their choice of services, and complete processes compliantly for a positive experience.
Take appropriate actions to ensure good customer outcomes, review and address gaps proactively.

What you\’ll do: Conduct financial reviews, manage your diary, and balance proactive and planned customer interactions.

The skills you\’ll need: Customer service experience, relationship management, organizational skills, and regulatory environment familiarity.
