We are a small family-owned business with over 30 years of experience, located near Jct27 M62, between Morley, Gildersome, and Gomersal. We are seeking a part-time Admin Assistant to join our team. The role involves working two days a week, from 10:00 am to 3:30/4:00 pm, with flexibility.
The Role Will Involve:
- Entering purchase day invoices onto Sage.
- Inputting visa payments and recording sales payments into Sage customer accounts.
- Reconciling BACS payments with customer accounts.
- General filing of invoices.
- Chasing customer account payments.
- Sending out customer statements.
- Filling in paying-in book for bank transactions.
Knowledge of Sage accounting software would be an advantage.
