We are on the lookout for a superstar to join our People Team as a Recruitment Assistant with all things recruitment and onboarding. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who is organised, enthusiastic, and passionate about people. You will play a key role in helping us find the best talent, delivering a smooth onboarding experience, and supporting a range of recruitment admin tasks.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting with job adverts, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Helping to manage the onboarding process for new team members
- Keeping our recruitment trackers and systems up to date
- Assisting with project work as we grow our teams across the business
What we are looking for:
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook in particular)
- A can-do attitude and keen eye for detail
- Great communication skills and a team player mindset
- Previous admin or recruitment experience is a bonus but not essential
