WatchHouse is a group of specialty coffee houses across London, Bath, and New York, emphasizing "Modern Coffee" with passionate people, industry-leading coffee, and thoughtfully designed spaces. We are seeking a skilled Senior Barista to join our Bath team, reporting to the House Manager and working with the Head Barista.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of all coffee and drinks served.
- Maintain awareness of current drink offerings and standards.
- Manage the daily operations of the bar team.
- Lead and mentor team members.
- Manage stock levels and ordering.
- Train and develop team members, identifying training needs and opportunities for progression.
- Communicate regularly with the House Manager regarding scheduling, sales, service speed, and training.
