- Over 1.25m cases per week at peak
- 20 lines spread over three halls, with two new lines in the next 18 months

Top Accountabilities:
- Bring strong leadership on shift and with your team.
- Implement continuous improvement culture, supporting all Manufacturing Excellence standards and practices.
- Coaching a multi-disciplinary team of production operators and engineers to develop them as individuals and as a team to lead a step change in engagement.
- Delivery of balanced business scorecard results in area to drive performance.
- Ownership of medium to long term strategy for their area including CapEx and investment proposals to support productivity and performance improvement in line with the business strategy.
- Day-to-day accountabilities, responsibilities and ownership of all “run” the business activities.
- Support, create and develop “improve” activities.

- Responsible for line production, team management and engagement throughout tier structure.
- Managing a team of Equipment Owners, Operators and Engineers.
- Using your skills and passion to drive a continuous improvement culture where people are highly engaged, Lean manufacturing principles are at the forefront of how we do business.
