Location: Cumbria House, Carlisle Salary: £37,035 – £37,938 per annum Hours: 37 per week Contract: Permanent About This Opportunity Cumberland Council is looking for a skilled and analytical Performance Officer to join our Performance & Analysis Team. In this key role, you’ll support senior managers and elected members by delivering high-quality performance and risk management information that drives effective decision-making across the council. You’ll lead on performance reporting, statutory data submissions, and help shape service improvements through insightful analysis. We’re looking for someone with strong data interpretation skills, experience in performance and risk management, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
