Job Description: Teach an engaging 0.5 caseload in A-Level Social Sciences/Business, delivering outstanding lessons and supporting high student achievement. Take strategic and operational leadership of your curriculum area, managing a talented team and ensuring high standards across teaching, learning, and assessment. Play a pivotal role in curriculum development, quality assurance, and driving continuous improvement. Monitor student progress, retention, and progression, and act as an ambassador for the college’s values and mission. Support recruitment, timetabling, and college events, including occasional evenings or weekends.
