Location: Hybrid working – Diageo Office, Glasgow G51 2SN and WFH

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30 (40 hours per week)

Rate of Pay: Up to £13.65 per hour DOE

Contract Type: Permanent

Job Introduction

We’re currently recruiting a Facilities Administrator to join our team supporting our prestigious client, Diageo. This hybrid role combines home-based working with attendance at the Diageo site in Glasgow. If you are highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking to work in a dynamic corporate services environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Technical Services team.
  • Coordinate and monitor work orders, ensuring timely resolution and accurate record keeping.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support smooth facilities operations.
  • Assist in compiling reports, tracking compliance, and maintaining asset and maintenance databases.
  • Manage site access permissions and support pre-employment CTPAT clearance process.
  • Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and maintain documentation in line with Sodexo standards.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within facilities or technical services.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office and internal systems.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate effectively.
  • Driving licence required due to hybrid nature and site requirements.
  • Must be aged 18 or over and eligible for CTPAT clearance.
