We are hiring manager roles at Target Housing to join our teams.

Locations: Rotherham (South Yorkshire)

  • Service Manager - South Yorkshire Project - Full-Time - Permanent
  • Temp Team Leader for Rotherham - Full-Time - Temp - 12 months

We are seeking experienced and passionate managers to join our teams. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality housing and support services to clients to assist them in sustaining their tenancies and achieving their potential.

About us: Target Housing is a charity and registered social landlord. Over the past 30 years, we have shown that stable accommodation and support can help transform lives. We work in a psychologically and trauma-informed way to empower people to achieve independence. Target delivers the highest standard of housing and support to enable vulnerable people to live independently, fulfil their potential, and contribute to their communities and wider society.

In a typical week, as a Team Leader, you will be assisting the Service Manager in overseeing accommodation and support services for vulnerable clients. In a typical week, as a Service Manager, you will be managing a team of support workers supporting vulnerable adults and families.

Working hours are generally 9 am to 5 pm with a 20-minute unpaid lunch break.

We offer:

  • A starting salary for Team Leader of £30,104, rising to £31,386 after 1 year of service, and further to £32,317 with additional years of service.
  • A starting salary for Service Manager of £33,961, rising to £37,595 after 1 year, and further to £38,752 with additional years of service.
  • An initial 28 days annual leave, increasing by one day each year up to 33 days, plus 8 bank holidays.
