Responsibilities Lead construction projects from pre-construction through to closeout, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless project delivery Manage budgets, schedules, and oversee on-site performance General Building Development Parks and Recreation Projects Athletic Facilities Water/Wastewater Infrastructure Specialty Construction (including unique or complex builds) Operate with the company\’s core values in mind: Integrity, Excellence, Hard Work, Impact, and Empathy Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction project management (GC or CM firm preferred) Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex projects Strong understanding of site development, general building, infrastructure, and specialty construction Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Passion for delivering top-quality work with a collaborative approach Why Join?
