We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join the Client Support team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, natural problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing annual review packs
  • Processing new business applications and withdrawals
  • Handling client and planner queries
  • Answering phone calls and providing general administrative support

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a financial services administration role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Intelligent Office (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience with Abrdn Wrap and Quilter platform (desirable)
