The Role

The opportunity has arisen for an ambitious assistant accountant to join our Club L London Finance Team, based in Trafford Park, Manchester. This role will be to fully support the busy finance department in ensuring accurate and timely management accounts.Roles and Responsibilities

• Support in the continuous improvement of month-end processes
• Supporting with the reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards
• Daily Order to Cash rec on multiple payment gateways
• Invoice processing and management of Purchase Order reconciliations
• Monthly Ad-hoc tasks around management accounts
• Continuous improvements of supplier relationship management
• Support with UK and ROW tax returns
• Administration tasks surrounding the monthly Payroll
• Ad-hoc reporting and analysis
• Support on the annual financial audit

Requirements

• AAT qualified or equivalent,or willing to work towards
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field and/or equivalent3 yearsexperience within a Finance role
• Strong understanding and use of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines and work with other team members to ensure work is delivered on time
• Results driven and strong attention todetail
• Excellent communication skills
