Purpose
Supporting decision-making processes by providing timely and reliable financial data, contributing to the overall financial health and efficiency of the business. The primary responsibility is to ensure compliance with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
Key Missions
- Accounts Payable: Supporting SSC with processing of invoices, resolving queries, and ensuring accurate processing. Managing the payment process, ensuring thorough checks are performed. Cash out forecasting.
- Accounts Receivable: Invoice generation and associated postings. Collects, processes, and posts invoices to customer accounts, including reconciliation of the customer ledgers. Send statements of accounts to customers. Monitoring aged balances and ensuring cash collection. Support VAT return submission by providing relevant information. Identifies General Ledger transactions related to AR, and either posts them in the ledger or provides information to Financial Accountant for posting.
Other Responsibilities:
- Analyses and creates reports of Accounts Payables/Receivables Age (DSO/DPO).
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders (Purchasing, Customer Service, Controlling, HR, Tax...) to solve questions and issues.
- Provides all necessary documents during audits (internal/external, statutory/tax...).
- Contributes to projects, helping to deliver continuous improvement in the delivery of financial information.
- Performs other ad hoc tasks to support the Finance Manager & Team.
Profile & Other Information
Desirable:
- Experience with Financial Systems (AX, D365, TM1).
- AAT Level 3 qualified (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a similar role.
Essential:
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
