We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Wrexham for a full-time 12-month placement. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a generalist HR role, supporting a wide range of activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, talent management, and HR administration. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business and contribute to meaningful projects that support our people and culture.
Responsibilities- Support new hire orientation and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee experience.
- Assist with HR campaigns, events, and initiatives that promote engagement and development.
- Compile and update reports on key HR metrics, providing insights to the HR team and stakeholders.
- Help address employee queries and concerns, working collaboratively with managers and the HR team.
- Participate in HR projects such as employee engagement, talent development, and continuous improvement.
- Provide administrative support and help manage departmental data and documentation.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate degree (e.g. Human Resources or Business Administration) and preparing to undertake a placement year, with a strong interest in developing a career in HR.
