WHO THIS POSITION SUITS
This role is for anyone who wants to make a real difference, whatever your age, background, or gender (unless the role is gender specific). You don\’t need to have worked in care before if you\’re kind, patient, and willing to learn – we’ll support you every step of the way. It could suit someone who’s helped others in customer service, childcare, hospitality, teaching, or volunteering, or someone simply looking for a more meaningful job. NB: THIS ROLE IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR SKILLED WORKER VISA SPONSORSHIP UNDER CURRENT UK HOME OFFICE RULES, AS IT DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIRED SALARY OR SKILL LEVEL CRITERIA.

WHAT A SUPPORT WORKER DOES
- Support people with personal care, cooking, and household tasks
- Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
- Help people build independence, friendships, and new skills
- Join in with activities, hobbies, and community events
SHIFT PATTERNS
16 hour sleep in shifts and 12 hour day shifts including weekends and bank holidays. Very active service with a range of activities including walking and swimming.

Residential service supporting six individuals with learning disabilities, one female and five males.
