Responsibilities
What your day to day might look like:
- Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties
- Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks
- Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner
- Participate in the ongoing community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program
- Maintain company safety standards
