What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll join a small team of 4–6 members.
- You’ll be committed to delivering an excellent customer experience.
- You’ll work up to 27 hours per week.
- You’ll explain technical equipment in an understandable manner.
- You’ll offer honest advice and build rapport with customers.
- You’ll aim to exceed customer expectations and reassure them when faced with choices.
- You’ll work collaboratively to achieve challenging sales targets.
What you’ll need — skills and experience:
- Previous experience in selling technical products to customers.
- Experience in a retail customer service environment.
- Experience dealing with customers.
- Practical knowledge of some or all of our product range.
- Strong accuracy and numeracy skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
