We are seeking a consistent, driven, high-performance individual with proven selling skills to join our innovative Pharmaceutical Sales Rep organisation. Each representative will be responsible for establishing, promoting, and maintaining a high level of sales.
Our Pharmaceutical Sales Representative responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products to current and potential customers within a defined geography.
- Develop, analyse, prioritise, and execute territory plans to achieve business results through compliant means.
- Utilise knowledge of pharmacology, healthcare, pharmaceutical market places, managed care, and customer markets to meet or exceed customer needs.
- Manage sales territory and develop customer relationships.
- Establish and maintain excellent communication and sound working relationships with physicians and healthcare providers.
- Participate actively in scheduled company sales meetings, district and regional conference calls, and other business meetings.
- Demonstrate honesty and integrity, modelling behaviours consistent with company standards and policies related to business and compliance.
- Perform other related duties as required.
The Pharmaceutical Sales Rep qualifications:
- Some sales experience or abilities in a quota-driven role.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
- Proven high performance in current roles and a strong aptitude for learning.
- A high sense of urgency, especially regarding customer service.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market opportunities.
- Knowledge of the business and market in the assigned territory is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented culture.
