How will you add value to the OpenPayd journey:
- Internal Process Enablement
- Manage sales operations end-to-end to ensure team productivity, including structuring onboarding processes, implementation, and optimization through process simplification and automation.
- Implement, optimize, and ensure adoption of tools (including Salesforce and onboarding portals).
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in the onboarding process and find ways to reduce them to optimize the onboarding pipeline.
- Create processes and supporting documentation for Sales Operations tasks within the onboarding journey.
- Business Analytics
- Collaborate with the executive team to define quarterly objectives, standardize business reporting, and create dashboards for the Sales Operations team.
- Optimize application handover times and help reduce time to revenue.
- Attainment Planning
- Coordinate strategies and goal setting.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to lead growth initiatives.
- Experience supporting sales operations processes, including Salesforce and back-office optimization.
- Ownership of the end-to-end sales operations and onboarding processes.
- Ability to adjust processes to improve performance and operational efficiency.
- Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or FinTech sectors is a plus.
- High attention to detail with accuracy and a holistic view of the business.
