As part of the Apprenticeship team, this role is pivotal in increasing engagement, capability, and performance by equipping people with tools, knowledge, and skills to reach their potential.
Responsibilities- Supporting apprentices in achieving outcomes for Multi Channel Marketing and Content Creator Levels 3, applying their knowledge, skills, and behaviours in the workplace.
- Coaching apprentices through evidence collection, reflective statements, and portfolio compilation.
- Delivering coaching and training sessions, both face-to-face and online, and designing/updating supporting materials.
- Reviewing evidence against apprenticeship outcomes and coaching apprentices accordingly.
- Guiding apprentices to improve their reflections and identify evidence gaps.
- Assisting in selecting and preparing evidence for final portfolios for review or assessment.
- Providing feedback on assessments linked to evidence and portfolios.
- Collaborating with delivery managers to support learners and implement individual action plans.
- Recognizing when additional support is needed and referring learners to specialists.
This role will enhance your skills as a trainer, facilitator, and coach. Opportunities include coaching, facilitation, assessment drafting, and providing feedback. Being part of a community of coaches supporting various apprenticeship programs allows you to build relationships and gain diverse experience across Pareto.
