We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and motivated User Acquisition Specialist to join our Growth team. You will collaborate closely with departments such as Marketing Analytics, Creative, Content, and Product.

Responsibilities:

• Manage significant digital marketing budgets across Google UAC campaigns for Android and iOS
• Help define strategy within the specified channel and areas of responsibility
• Onboard and test new acquisition channels across mobile
• Provide clear, concise, and actionable performance marketing reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Contribute to optimizing the conversion funnel to improve ROI
• Work closely with creative teams with a test-and-learn approach to drive creative excellence
• Manage relationships with partners

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in mobile user acquisition
• High proficiency in Google Ads (UAC)
• Data-driven with the ability to work autonomously towards high-level goals
• In-depth knowledge of attribution models across mobile and web
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
