We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and motivated User Acquisition Specialist to join our Growth team. You will collaborate closely with departments such as Marketing Analytics, Creative, Content, and Product.
Responsibilities:- Manage significant digital marketing budgets across Google UAC campaigns for Android and iOS
- Help define strategy within the specified channel and areas of responsibility
- Onboard and test new acquisition channels across mobile
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable performance marketing reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Contribute to optimizing the conversion funnel to improve ROI
- Work closely with creative teams with a test-and-learn approach to drive creative excellence
- Manage relationships with partners
- At least 2 years of experience in mobile user acquisition
- High proficiency in Google Ads (UAC)
- Data-driven with the ability to work autonomously towards high-level goals
- In-depth knowledge of attribution models across mobile and web
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
