My client is seeking an experienced and energetic sales manager to manage their Bedford multi-brand centre. They offer a competitive package of £40-£45k basic plus bonus (OTE £60k-£65k) along with good career progression opportunities and all the benefits you would expect from a modern franchised dealership. The role is full-time (5.5 days average/week). 22 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays. You will also get your birthday off following successful probation. Company car (subject to insurance criteria). Company Pension.
About you
- You will be someone who can lead passionately from the front.
- Understand how a dealership works.
- Have experience as a Main Dealer General Sales Manager or a very experienced business manager.
- Used to managing manufacturer relationships and producing the best results for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience and live within a commutable distance to Bedford or be willing to relocate.
