About the team Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Business Partner and working within the wider People & Culture team, your day will be varied and you’ll spend a good part of it talking to applicants and candidates about why AllSaints is a great place to work and measuring their suitability based on our company values. You’ll also be working closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements. The role is fast paced and fun, challenging and rewarding. What will I be doing? u25cf Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilising multiple resources (LinkedIn Recruiter, your own network, job boards, etc.) u25cf Recruit for high-volume roles across our stores within the UK and Europe u25cf Conduct telephone interviews and support with assessment centres u25cf Give constructive feedback to candidates ensuring that their experience is seamless and consistent from beginning to end u25cf Partner with the Retail teams to maintain effective recruitment processes – keeping an eye on time to hire without compromising on quality of talent u25cf Attract and engage passive candidates – build your own network u25cf Proactively identify talent challenges and creating impactful solutions to address them u25cf Drive exceptional candidate experience, constantly seeking ways to improve the process u25cf Keeping up-to-date with company policies and relevant employment law u25cf Create and maintain accurate job descriptions What skills do I need? u25cf Be a brand ambassador who promotes AllSaints as a great place to work, whilst reflecting the high standards required to work here u25cf Enthusiastic, tenacious and determined to achieve results u25cf A natural ability in building and maintaining relationships within an ever changing environment u25cf A passion and understanding of communicating through social media and talent attraction channels with an engaging tone u25cf Team player who collaborates with and manages stakeholder relationships with a can do attitude u25cf Passionate with a keen interest in the fashion industry u25cf Digital savvy; can use digital tools to create content to attract and engage with future talent u25cf Ability to combine a creative and innovative approach with commercial ideas About the location Based in our East London Studios in vibrant Shoreditch with perks and benefits offered from local businesses including discounts on food, shopping and health & beauty.
