Shepherd Neame is seeking an Assistant Manager with energy and enthusiasm to join our team. If you have experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are looking to develop your career in hospitality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Located on the banks of Faversham Creek in the medieval market town of Faversham, Kent, the Albion Taverna is known for its delicious Mexican-inspired menu. With beer supplied by Shepherd Neame just across the creek, a fresh pint is guaranteed.

This role involves covering duty manager shifts, supporting management in fostering an inclusive culture, and leading the team to deliver excellent customer service.
